Burger king benefits from efficient heat energy recovery ensured by Ozonetech RENA Kitchen Solutions
In 2019, another Ozonetech RENA Kitchen Solutions system was installed in a Finnish Burger King restaurant. This time in the AINOA shopping center in Espoo, Finland.
The Ozonetech RENA 40 system produces ozone that is led into the kitchen duct to purify the air, removing airborne fat particles and minimize grease build-up, both on the duct walls, and the heat exchanger air filter. Like most other restaurants situated in colder climates, the heat energy is recovered, saving thousands of euros every year.
