Odor control with ozone in the former Bromma Airport hangars
The shopping center Bromma Blocks is located in the former Bromma Airport aircraft hangars, 10 km west of central Stockholm. The hangars were during their time the largest in northern Europe, but have during the last 20 years been redesigned and renovated into today’s Bromma Blocks
Two fast-food restaurants at Bromma Blocks, Kentucky Fried Chicken and Chop Chop, have chosen to install the Ozonetech RENA Kitchen Solutions to minimize odors, fire risk, and to make energy recovery possible.
Our solution has been operational since 2018 and has since proven itself effective against high grease loads in the kitchen exhaust air and unpleasant odors caused by cooking fumes. In addition, the restaurants have managed to become more sustainable by reducing their carbon footprint.
