Mellifiq ensures 80% COD removal with a turn-key ozone system
Gustav Kährs, a floor manufacturer in southern Sweden, needed wastewater treatment to fulfill environmental regulations. After water analysis, we designed an Ozonetech RENA Vivo C8 solution to handle the necessary water purification before entering the municipal sewer system.
The project was the first of its kind for this industry segment, which required a pilot project, evaluation and technical consulting. The Gustav Kährs Group can now eliminate over 80% of their complex wastewater pollutants, which is a product of their floor processing system.
