Mellifiq secures maximum operational safety by reducing odorous emissions and fire risk
Energy recovery is not the No. 1 priority in Oman. The focus is entirely on odor and fire risk reduction and operational safety. As a preferred supplier for ventilation system air treatment in the whole of Oman, it was natural for our client to approach us for a reliable solution as the new Muscat Airport was built.
Our Ozonetech RENA systems were installed at multiple locations throughout the airport and treat the complete ventilation flow to ensure low grease loads from restaurants, fresh air for the ventilation system, and to ensure energy recovery. The Mellifiq contract included over two years of design and installation work, and the airport has enjoyed clean air with stable operation for more than three years.
