High-capacity wastewater treatment for large flows
Axolot introduces the AxoPlus segment – our large-scale and tailored wastewater purification system, designed to handle flows above 40 m³/h. No principle upper limit exists. The largest system quoted so far was designed to handle 1,000 m³/h.
The AxoPlus segment is adapted to meet the unique requirements of each client, ensuring efficiency and reliability for complex wastewater streams. These systems are typically designed based on insights gained from our pilot projects and consulting services, allowing us to deliver customized solutions for the unique challenges of industrial wastewater management.
Wastewater solutions with EPC contracting
For large flows, a new building is typically required to house the process equipment. The AxoPlus system is generally supplied as part of an EPC contract, where Mellifiq provides end-to-end services, including civil works, front-end engineering design, commissioning, process building construction, and installation of all process equipment.
The AxoPlus system is ideal for industrial solutions, in industries such as recycling, manufacturing, logistics, food processing, dairy production, municipal water management and process industries.
The AxoPlus system was successfully installed in a plastic recycling facility in Sweden.
