The AxoPur containerized system is specifically designed to meet mobile and temporary wastewater treatment needs. Ideal for remote locations or short-term applications such as construction sites and emergency situations, this compact solution utilizes electrocoagulation to efficiently transform contaminated wastewater into clean water in a single step.

AxoPur efficiently treats industrial effluents, municipal waste, and even landfill leachate, addressing suspended solids, emulsified oils and fats, transition metal ions, phosphorus, and microbes.

Flexible, containerized solution for various flows

In a containerized AxoPur system the process equipment is conveniently fit into one or two containers with standardized connections to the outside world. The container is insulated and equipped with a temperature control system to ensure a standardized operating environment.

The system handles flows ranging from 1 to 40 m³/h. Its compact design ensures a small footprint, making it ideal for space-constrained applications. The AxoPur containerized system is essential for mobile applications and time-limited wastewater purification projects. Additionally, it provides a practical solution for situations where purification needs arise but no indoor space is available for equipment installation in existing buildings.

AxoPur systems are designed for easy deployment, offering scalability for continuous operation with flow rates starting at 1 m³/h, up to 40 m³/h in standardized containers.

AxoPur containerized A-series

The AxoPur A-series is a standardized containerized system in a 10″ container making use of 1–3 AxoPur reactors with a hydraulic capacity of 3 m³/h each, giving the system as such an operational coverage range from 1–6 m³/h at continuous operation. For the separation of the contaminants a separate 20″ container including a flotation unit is available.

AxoPur containerized B-series

The AxoPur B-series is a standardized containerized system in a 20″ container making use of 1–4 AxoPur reactors with a hydraulic capacity of 5 m³/h each, giving the system as such an operational coverage range from 3–20 m³/h at continuous operation. For the separation of the contaminants a separate 20″ container including a flotation unit is available.
