Mellifiq delivers ozone generators, instrumentation and automation for the world leader in packaging industry
Our current client is the global leader in liquid packaging. While the company was founded in Sweden, it is now a global company with over 25, 000 employees. In addition to packaging services, they also dabble in distribution tools and machines.
The company contacted us at Mellifiq since they were looking for a solution that could disinfect RO-filtered water continously.
The solution.
We built, delivered and installed a full system solution using ozone generators.
This system solution included, amongst other things, a control cabinet, an ozone sensor, an ozone injector, redox monitoring, flow indicators, pumps, an oxygen concentrator, a reaction tank, and a closed cooling system.
Evaluation.
Our complete system solution achieved an outstanding 4-log reduction of the gram-negative bacteria. Our client is more than pleased!
