In this project, we are heading to a very exclusive residential area north of Stockholm.
Our current client, who is located in this area, is a high-end restaurang that also offers catering services. They also run an in-house deli shop with a wide range of products.
Running a restaurang with an excellent reputation means that you have to keep your venues in perfect shape. Therefore, odor spreading from the restaurant was not an option, and our client contacted us at Mellifiq back in 2012 in order to prevent this problem.
The solution.
The client ordered an Ozonetech ICT-40 ozone generator that would treat the exhaust air from the kitchen.
Our ozone generators in the ICT series produce highly concentrated ozone that is effective against greasy kitchen exhaust air. They have a very compact design—being encased in a stainless steel cabinet—and are very secure thanks to the built-in control unit that checks all system parameters.
