Job description.

As a Financial Assistant you work closely with the daily operations at a scale up company. You will have multiple internal contacts and communication, and will be working with invoicing, accounts payable, accounts receivable, reconciliations along with follow ups regarding these matters. You are a part of our financial department, working closely with the management team and other colleagues. 

The position is a part time employment up to 50% and is based in Hägersten, Stockholm (on-site). 

Candidate profile.

We believe that you are a doer and a problem solver. You are not afraid to take responsibility and ask questions. We are a digital organization, and you need to have a technical interest and knowledge of working with digital tools. We believe in learning by doing and personal development at work. Qualifications

  • At least 5 years of experience working with accounting  
  • Good knowledge of financial systems 
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office 
  • Fluent in Swedish and proficient in English 

Merits

  • Academic degree in economics or finance  
  • Experience of economic systems such as Visma, SAP, Sage or Palette
