Mellifiq is growing – we are now looking for a Part-Time Recruitment Assistant to join our head office in Stockholm.

As a Recruitment Assistant, you will support our HR department in various stages of the recruitment process. Your tasks will include candidate screening, conducting phone interviews, reference checks, and ongoing administration. You will work closely with our recruiter and use several digital tools and systems in your daily work.

We are looking for someone currently pursuing a university degree in Human Resources or another similar field. This is a part-time position of approximately 8–12 hours per week, with flexible working hours to accommodate your studies.

The position is based on-site in Hägersten, Stockholm.

Candidate profile.

Qualifications

Ongoing university studie in Human Resources or another relevant field
Good knowledge of Microsoft Office
Fluent in Swedish and English
Valid driver´s license
