Mellifiq Expands in Norway with Full-Scale AxoPur Water Treatment System
Following several successful pilot projects across Norway earlier this spring, Mellifiq—through its local partner in the region—has now secured an order for a full-scale mobile AxoPur® water treatment system. The unit is expected to be operational by early autumn.
Designed for fast and flexible on-site deployment, the containerized system is engineered to handle both short-term projects and long-term rental applications. With a capacity of up to 10 m³/h, it features automated chemical dosing, pH adjustment, integrated sludge treatment, pump systems, advanced flow control, and real-time remote monitoring.
Specifically developed to meet the complex demands of the aquaculture, fish processing, pulp & paper industries, and PFAS remediation in construction environments, this solution offers both high purification efficiency and operational reliability in fluctuating conditions.

“With this delivery, we’re strengthening our position in the Nordic market for advanced, flexible water treatment. Interest from the industry is growing fast, and several parties have already initiated discussions for similar systems,” says John Lindam, Commercial Manager at Mellifiq.
