Introduction.
R&D project uses ozone from Mellifiq
We are helping out two clients in this reference project!
One is a multinational pharmaceutical company, one of the largest in the world in fact! They cooperate with a well-known British university, which is our other client. Together, they run an R&D laboratory, and this laboratory was looking for a technical solution.
The problem.
Our clients were starting up a project that would study the behaviour of living in vitro cells when they were exposed to low-level ozone.
For this purpose, they were in need of a stable ozone generator that was suitable for laboratory testing.
The solution.
We at Mellifiq delivered and installed an Ozonetech ACT-3000P ozone generator that also came with a fan, an injection tube and a mounting kit.
The ACT-3000P ozone generator is suited for a variety of air applications where more capacity is needed, but it can also be used in certain water applications. It is fitted with a built-in monitoring system that shuts down the system in case of any errors.

Evaluation.
With the project being a success, Mellifiq has since become an official supplier for our British university client.
