As an administrator, you have an overall responsibility for invoicing and administration of Mellifiqs service agreements and the service performed on customer’s site. This includes close contact with service technicians, customers, and collaboration with different internal stakeholders.
The position is located at Mellifiqs office in Kållered, Göteborg.

- Experience of administrative work
- Good knowledge in MS Office
- Experience of working in different digital tools/systems
- Driver’s license
- Fluent in Swedish and English at a professional level
- Experience of working as an accounting assistant, office coordinator or invoice support.
