Mellifiq Awarded Yet Another Aquaculture Project

Mellifiq has been selected to install its cutting-edge ozone systems and skimmers at Åland’s Fishery Conservation Center in Guttorp.

The new ozone treatment system will replace the existing UV treatment, aiming to reduce mortality rates in the breeding of sea trout, pike, and whitefish for re-stocking purposes.

This project continues Mellifiq’s long-standing relationship with the aquaculture industry, which began in the 1990s.
