Mellifiq Scales Up Nodora Delivery for Leading California Electronics Manufacturer

Mellifiq is proud to announce the delivery of a new Nodora system to a leading electronics and equipment manufacturer in California. Building on a successful collaboration established several years ago, this latest project represents a significant scale-up in capacity, from 5,400 m3/h up to 25,000 m3/h.

The Nodora system is well-suited for treating advanced process gas streams. In this case, the system is applied to gases produced by the electron beam process, handling high loads of hydrogen fluoride (HF), VOCs, and nitrogen oxides (NOx) while also neutralizing byproducts such as ozone. This ensures a safe and controlled working environment and protects sensitive equipment.

This delivery once again demonstrates the scalability and modularity of Mellifiq’s Nodora concept. By handling higher flow rates and evolving process needs, Mellifiq delivers flexible solutions for customers in advanced machinery and electronics.
