CoraLuxe Reverse Osmosis Filtration

CoraLuxe Reverse Osmosis (RO) Membrane Filtration is engineered to provide superior water purification, ensuring optimal water quality in a variety of settings. RO is one of the most effective water filtration methods, using a semi-permeable membrane to remove impurities from water. The RO process operates by applying pressure to water, forcing it through a membrane with extremely small pores (typically 0.0001 microns). This allows the membrane to filter out contaminants such as salts, bacteria, viruses, and heavy metals, while allowing clean water to pass through.

RO is ideal for applications requiring very high-purity water, such as drinking water purification, bottled water production, desalination of seawater, wastewater treatment, and industrial processes where contaminants need to be thoroughly removed.

RO also has significant applications in the pharmaceutical industry, where it is used to remove impurities and contaminants, including harmful substances like PFAS (per- and polyfluoroalkyl substances), which are resistant to breakdown and can pose serious health risks.

CoraLuxe Nano Filtration

Nano filtration (NF) is a membrane filtration technology that operates similarly to reverse osmosis but with slightly larger pore sizes, typically between 1 to 10 nanometers.

NF is commonly used for water softening and removing specific contaminants such as pesticides, heavy metals, and organic compounds, while also enhancing the taste and odor of water. One of its key advantages is its ability to retain beneficial minerals, making it a preferred choice for applications where maintaining mineral content is important, like in drinking water treatment.

The technology efficiently eliminates undesirable compounds while preserving nutrients and flavors of the products, ensuring high-quality results. This makes it ideal for a wide range of applications, including the food and beverage industry, where it is used for purifying water and concentrating liquids such as juices, dairy products, and in breweries.

Seamless integration with other products

CoraLuxe seamlessly integrates with products from the Ozonetech and Water Maid line to optimize performance and efficiency. A PLC (Programmable Logic Controller) can automate and monitor the entire filtration process, ensuring optimal operation by controlling flow rates, pressure, and filtration cycles. When pairing the membrane filtration system with our dosing station, precise chemicals can be added to the water stream to optimize the filtration process, such as pH adjustment or anti-scaling agents. For maintenance, backwashing is essential to clean the membranes, and this process can be automated via the PLC to improve efficiency.

Additionally, integrating ozone sensors enhances the system by continuously monitoring ozone levels, ensuring effective disinfection while preventing both overuse and underuse of ozone in the water treatment process.
