Mellifiq Expands Technology Portfolio with Acquisition of Axolot Solutions AB
Stockholm, September 2, 2024 – Mellifiq, a leading provider of air and water treatment solutions, is pleased to announce the strategic acquisition of Axolot Solutions AB, a subsidiary of the public company Axolot Solutions Holding AB. This acquisition enhances Mellifiq’s technology portfolio with the integration of Axolot’s proprietary AxoPur® technology, a cutting-edge electrocoagulation solution designed for advanced water treatment of heavily polluted process and wastewater.
AxoPur® will be incorporated into the Mellifiq organization as an area of operation and as an additional brand among existing brands like Ozonetech, Water Maid, Nodora and Saniray within the Mellifiq organization.
