Our current client is an Italian company providing electron microscopes and diagnostic devices.
Founded in 1998, the company started out by offering products and services like electron microscopes, hardware, software, IT services, and support services. They later enlarged their portfolio with various services within microscopy, and have since then had a focus on diagnostic devices as well.
Nowadays, they are able to provide all the necessary equipment that is needed to run an electron microscope laboratory.
The problem.
Since the company specializes in products where the user’s eyes need to be in contact with them, their business was significantly impacted by the COVID-19 pandemic.
The company was in dire need of an effective and surefire way to disinfect their venues.
The solution.

Sanitizing the analysis room was the only way for them to ensure a safe work environment.
We at Mellifiq were happy to offer our Ozonetech ACT-3000 ozone generator, which they then decided to purchase. The ACT-3000 generators are perfect for small, enclosed spaces like a biotech lab in this case. The generated ozone has a very strong germicidal effect, providing a quick and effective disinfection. In case of bigger venues or more demanding capacity situations, there are other ozone generator models with more capacity available.
