Mekong Delta gets cleaner aquaculture water
We are proud to announce the delivery of five Ozonetech ozone systems to the Vietnamese Mekong Delta. Our client’s investment is an important part of the facility’s ambitions to ensure an environmentally friendly process with clean and sanitized water in their RAS (Recirculating Aquaculture System). Our solution will ensure lower levels of infections among the catfish and eliminate the need for use of antibiotics.
Studies done by Mellifiq together with other fish farms show clear positive effects of ozone treatment in aquaculture. With the right amount of ozone dosage per kilogram of feed, and advanced purification control, we have seen a reduction of the mortality rate by over 13%.
