Mellifiq Recognized by Leading Industry Magazine for Advanced Pharmaceutical Water Treatment Initiatives

Mellifiq’s pharmaceutical water treatment solutions have been highlighted by Cirkulation, a key publication in the water management sector. This summer, newly installed systems at multiple municipal waste water facilities were successfully commissioned, targeting the removal of pharmaceutical residues and micropollutants.

Despite the challenge of the absence of biological treatment at the plants, these systems were designed to meet the strict environmental standards in the new wastewater treatment directive pertaining to the removal of active pharmaceutical ingredients.
