Mellifiq Repeats Order to Key Customer in Malta

Mellifiq has secured a repeat order for the delivery of an ozone system and associated services to a Maltese bottled water producer, further strengthening a long-standing collaboration within the bottled water segment.

Following an unusually active year for Ozonetech turn-key ozone systems, this new delivery marks another important milestone for bottled water production. The system will be integrated as a central component in a completely new production line, developed to support the customer’s continued production growth and expansion.

The new bottled water line will have a production capacity of 600 m³ per day and will rely on in situ ozone generation to ensure chemical-free disinfection and sanitation throughout the process. This approach supports both high product quality and sustainable production standards.

Commissioning of the new line and ozone system is scheduled for early Q2 of 2026, reinforcing Mellifiq’s position as a trusted supplier of advanced ozone solutions for the beverage industry.
